Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using SuperSolver. We refund any cross-checked walkthrough that turns out wrong, and we offer a window for refunds on unused credits.

Cross-Checked & Wrong

If we marked a walkthrough "cross-checked" — meaning all three models agreed — and the result turns out to be wrong, we will refund that credit. Email us at support@supersolver.ai with the walkthrough link or order details, along with a brief explanation of why the result is wrong.

Unused Pack Refund

If you bought a pack of credits on https://supersolver.ai and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. For partially used packs, refunds are at our discretion and may be issued on a pro-rata basis.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@supersolver.ai with your order details and the email address used at checkout. We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase.

When You Will Receive Your Refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exclusions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The unused-pack request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • The walkthrough was flagged (not cross-checked) at the time of use.
  • We cannot verify the purchase.
  • There is evidence of fraud or abuse.
