The Service

SuperSolver is an AI study helper that produces step-by-step walkthroughs of math problems you submit as images. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional academic guidance. Always review the walkthrough, do your own work, and follow your school's policies on the use of AI tools.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and problem content you submit. You grant SuperSolver a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit to AI providers, and analyze your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Payments

Credits are sold in packs. Fees are displayed at checkout and are payable at the time of purchase. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and your payment details are subject to their terms and privacy policies. Packs do not auto-renew. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refunds

We refund any walkthrough that we marked cross-checked but turned out wrong, and we offer a window for refunds on unused credits. For details, please review our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or prompts.
• Upload content that is abusive, infringing, or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Access the Service using automated means without our prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, software, and trademarks, is owned by SuperSolver or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.SuperSolver disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated walkthroughs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing the work and doing your own before submitting anything for academic credit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSolver will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperSolver and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could cause harm to others or to SuperSolver.
